Short breaks available by arrangement (minimum 3 nights). For such periods the charge is the first £30 of the relevant weekly rate plus one seventh of the balance per night (e.g. 3 nights in low season = 30 + (3/7 x 280) = £150).

Arrive not before 4 pm: leave by 10 am.

Horse stabling £6 extra per horse per night (hay/haylage included but guest to carry out all cleaning and feeding).

The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking.

You will then be asked to send (to arrive within 5 days) written confirmation (booking form) and a deposit of 25% of the price (100% is less than 6 weeks before start). The owner will confirm in writing or email on receipt of the deposit. Any balance is payable 6 weeks before start of the booked period. Please note the conditions on the booking form as to failure to pay or cancellation.
